Rebekah Redeemed by Dianne G. Sagan

Rebekah finds her self in a place she never imagined. Her father was killed by a lion when he was protection the sheep. One of the other shepherds takes her to her only known relative. Her parents weren't in touch with her mother's family because she chose to marry her father. Her uncle Benjamin took her in but a servant and her Aunt Mara would beat her and treat her like garbage. She was sold to Jacob after Benjamin was killed. Jacob was also her Uncle. His wife sent her away to live with her son because she found out who Rebekah was and didn't want her husband to figure it out.

Rebekah thought all was lost until Lazarus and his sisters took her in and paid the redemption price. She met Jesus and realized that she had value beyond the redemption price that she was loved and special.

I loved this picture of redemption and the value that Jesus sees in us.
